Overview

There may be instances where a DOR needs to be modified after it has been approved. For those instances you can Reactivate a DOR.

Reactivating a DOR

  • Erases the current FTO, Probationer and Supervisor approvals.
  • Places the DOR back onto the FTO and Probationer's Dashboards.
  • Places the DOR back into an editable mode.

Supervisor VS FTO

  • Supervisors & Administrators can reactivate a DOR anytime
  • FTO's can reactivate a DOR until a Supervisor Approves the DOR

Once reactivated, the DOR must be completed and sent through workflow again.

There are two ways to reactivate a DOR

Option 1: Via the DOR Report

  • From the MAIN NAVIGATION menu click REPORTS ⇒ DOR Report.
