This feature is an agency-wide feature, meaning every user has the same content available and we cannot limit content per user.
Templates for Narrative and PAL Entries:
IMPORTANT
You must know how to code HTML to add or manage a template. If you do not know HTML, please contact us for assistance adding or modifying templates.
We have enhanced our text editor by adding a drop-down select menu, which allows you to add pre-formatted text entries to Narrative and PAL entries (and any other form that uses our text editor). This feature enables agencies to store commonly reused content that can be pulled into the text editor with one click, such as a paragraph of text, or a checklist.
To edit an existing Template, click the edit button for that Template.
To add a new Template, use the form at the bottom.
