Ranks
YOUR NAME => AGENCY SETTINGS => Ranks
The Ranks tab allows an agency to customize the list of Ranks that can be assigned to a user in the software.
Important:
Ranks are AGENCY wide. We do NOT configure ranks per group.
You agency's Ranks were configured by COPFTO when your agency was setup and most agencies will not modify these settings.
To edit an existing Rank, click the edit button for that Rank.
To add a new Rank, use the form at the bottom.
