Scaffold Check Rides

Overview

Scaffold Check Rides are events that occur during step 5 of the Field Training Program.

Documenting a Scaffold Check Rides is a new concept and process that did not exist in the paper model and has been added as an enhancement to our electronic Cloud Based Software.

Supervisors can then select and use completed Check Rides when creating Supervisor Summary Step 5 Reports.

Scaffold Check Rides

To create a Scaffold Check Ride, click on Forms ⇒ Scaffold Check Ride

You will be taken to the electronic Scaffold Check Ride form shown below.

Fill out the fields, and if appropriate, write a short narrative in the comments field which can be included in the Step 5 Summary Report.

When you are done click the Document Scaffold Check Ride button.

Possible Advisory Warning

If the active probationer is not in Step 5, you will receive a warning advising you that that the probationer is not in step 5.

This warning is only advisory and you may still create a Scaffold Check Ride.
