How to request support

You can submit a ticket, or call us for support.

Live support is normally available 0800-2100. Outside of those hours we respond as soon as possible.

From the user manual & Anywhere within our software:

Click the help icon at the bottom right of the page to launch our support widget.

If you launch the widget from within our software, you will see two options; Ask and Answers.

Allows you to fill out a form to reach out for assistance.

Provides a search field to search through all of our support articles.
