Navigation
At the top of the dashboard is the Main Navigation Bar containing links to New Dor (for FTO’s) Forms, Docs, Files, Reports, Analytics, and links to Change your active Probationer, and view Messages. Clicking your name provides access to Log Out, switch to Night Mode, Access My Account, and obtain Support.
New DOR
The New DOR button is only available (visible) to FTO’s, and above. To begin a new DOR, click the New DOR button.
Forms
The Forms tab is where you access and utilize Field Training Steps, Off Duty Restrictions, Report Cover Sheets, Scaffold Check Rides, Supervisor Summary Reports, Tactical Response / Role Plays, Training Tasks and Weekly Summaries.
Docs
The Docs tab is where you will find the Standard Evaluation Guidelines and other important documents explaining the field training and evaluation process.
Files
The Files tab is where your store Agency Files (files used consistently by all FTO’s across all probationers) and Probationer Files (a place to maintain files related to a specific probationer).
Analytics
If you are a supervisor or higher you can see COPFTO analytical reports.
Reports
The Reports contains various Reports covering DOR’s, Weekly Summaries and other aspects of the probationers status in the software.
Messages
The Messages indicator will show you how many messages you have waiting. Clicking the Messages Link opens a drop down menu with available messages. Clicking on All Messages brings you to a page were all messages are displayed. There are several different messages you can receive including but not limited to: complete a DOR, acknowledge a weekly summary, acknowledge a training task and advance to next step.
Additional Links under **YOUR NAME**
Clicking on your name (at the upper right) opens a new menu offering access to My Account, switch to Night Mode, Support, and Log Out.
My Account
My Account is where where you manage your account and change your password.
Night Mode
Click Night Mode to change to a dark (reduced brightness/glare) theme designed for use at night.
Always Start in Day or Night Mode
If you wish to always start in a specific mode (Night or Day), you can change your Default Theme setting on your My Account page

Log Out
When you are done using the software we recommend you Log Out.
