Accessing the NEW COPFTO Academy

The COPFTO Academy is our separate and unique training (onboarding) system for COPFTO.
- COPFTO Software and COPFTO Academy accounts are separate and unique.
- if you need access to the COPFTO Academy, please contact your agency COPFTO administrator.
- The COPFTO Academy teaches your employees how to use the COPFTO Software, it does NOT certify an employee in the Coaching Model of Field Training.
Creating an Account
if you have never taken a course in the NEW academy (After March 15, 2024) you will need to register for the academy.
Click on the course you want to take
Click Enroll
Fill out the Registration Form and click Enroll Now.
Logging In
If you already have an account and need to login, Click the login link at the top right of the academy.
Fill out the login form and click Login.
Enrolling in a Course
To enroll in a course, click on the course.
Click Enroll.
You are now enrolled in the course, to begin the course, click Get Started…
