Using Test Probationers

This support article applies specifically to those in the role of FTO and above.

The test training probationer(s) have been set up for you to use while training or experimenting with COPFTO. They are there for you to use anytime you want to learn more or test out a process.

IMPORTANT: In order to complete DOR’s, Weekly Summaries, and other Processes, you will have to login as the probationer to accept/approve DOR’s and the other processes. Administrators can see the test probationer(s) credentials in the agency user list and a password for your test probationer(s) should have been provided during setup. If you need assistance logging in as your test probationer, please contact COPFTO support.
