Agency Administrator - Reset a Users Password
This process is how Agency Administrators reset one of their users passwords.

YOUR NAME => AGENCY SETTINGS => USERS
Resetting a password is done from the users tab of COPFTO.
Note: this process only Resets a users password.

Reset a Users Password

- Click the users last name to load the users account into the form below the user list.
- The users info will populate the user form. Enter a new password into the Password field.
- At the bottom of the form, click the Add / Edit User button to update the user's password.
- Click the users last name to load the users account into the form below the user list.
COPFTO does NOT automatically send out the new password. You will have to manually advise your user you have modified their password.
