Groups

YOUR NAME => AGENCY SETTINGS => GROUPS => MANAGE [group name]

Groups allows an agency to customize the agency options and variables used in the software per group.

Important:

Groups are configured by COPFTO Administrators. 

Your agency many not have more than one group

Note: Each groups settings are managed independently

Each group has its own set of system settings you manage after clicking Manage [group name]. 


Upon clicking Manage [group name] you will see the main group settings menu, as shown below.  This is where you manage the majority of settings for each group.
